What to expect:
When you call to schedule an appointment, you will be greeted by one of our friendly client service representatives who will help find a time that works best for you and your pet. They will guide you through the process, so you know exactly what to expect.
Both curbside and in clinic doctor appointments are available. When scheduling, you may choose the option that works best for you.
While our lobby is open during business hours, we do ask that you call to check in upon arrival. This helps us create a calmer, more comfortable experience for all of our patients by minimizing time spent waiting in the lobby. Reducing the number of pets in one shared space helps lower stress levels, especially for those who may be nervous, vocal, or reactive. This is particularly important for our feline friends, who tend to feel more comfortable in quiet, controlled environments.
When you arrive for your appointment, please give us a call with the numbered parking spot you have selected and the best contact number to reach you. Once you have checked in, a member of our team will call you as soon as your room is ready and escort you directly into a private exam room for your visit.
Prescription pick-ups, surgery check ins, technician appointments, and advanced dentistry appointments will remain curbside.
