Our Story
Hambright Animal Hospital is a 100% locally and privately owned veterinary practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and the people who love them. Founded in 2015 by Dr. Houghton, Hambright began as a two-doctor practice with six employees and a shared vision of compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine. From the beginning, we operated as a full-service animal hospital, offering grooming, doggy daycare, boarding, and medical services.
As our practice grew and our community’s needs evolved, we made the thoughtful decision to focus exclusively on what we do best—advanced, high-quality medical care. Today, Hambright has grown into a thriving hospital with eight doctors and nearly forty team members, all committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community’s pets. Throughout our growth, our focus has remained the same: delivering exceptional, personalized care while building lasting relationships with our clients.
In addition to serving pet families, Hambright Animal Hospital is proud to support fellow veterinary hospitals through our advanced dentistry program, providing specialized care and collaboration within the local veterinary community.
