Dr. Jennifer Osborne grew up around Atlanta, GA. At the age of 4, she decided she wanted to become a veterinarian. Her love of animals was nurtured with summer visits to extended family where she was surrounded by animals and learned to ride and drive a team of Morgans. She received both her BSA in Biological Sciences (’03) and DVM (’08) from the University of Georgia.
Dr. Osborne relocated to a small town in North Carolina 9 years ago and worked in small animal general practice. She also pursued additional training in shelter practice and spent some time as a spay/neuter surgeon. Dr. Osborne’s interests include ophthalmology and dermatology; she has a special interest in diabetes.
Dr. Osborne and her husband moved to Huntersville in 2015. They find it is a wonderful place to raise their 4 children (3 sons, 1 daughter) and very patient dog, Jonesy! In her free time, she enjoys photography, cooking new dishes, trail running, gardening, and anything outdoors.
